Homework Club: Our after-school program provides an opportunity for students to exercise, read and complete homework or study. Homework Club hours are from 3:00 - 5:30 p.m., Monday through Thursday, and 12:30 – 5:30 p.m. on Friday. Monthly sign-up forms are available through the office.

After-School Fine Arts: Music lessons are available throughout the school year. Please watch for notices of planned activities.
After-School Art:  Art class available with Mrs. Romero grades K-3.

Academic Teams: Our upper elementary SMS Learning Fair and NDA Spelling Bee and Sing Fest teams compete annually in debate, art, oral presentation, mathematics and logic skills and more!

Student Council: Student Council officers are elected from our 6th through 8th grade classes and lead the school in global and community service, school spirit and special projects throughout the year. Our Student Council encourages philanthropy each month by sponsoring a school-wide “Jeans Day" which raises money for special mission work. In 2016/ 2017, the charities being supported by "Jeans Day" are Bread & Roses Cafe, Sojourn, and the Tree People.
Lion Lieders Performance Choir: Students in grades 4 through 8 are encouraged to join our after school performance choir, Lion Leiders. Students meet on Wednesdays from 3:15 pm to 4:45 pm to practice for the performances they do throughout the community and school. Opportunities exist for both harmony and solo pieces and the range of music performed is vast; everything from pop to classical! Please see the link on the right for more information.

Musical Productions: Students of all grades participate in our annual Christmas & Spring concerts. These events celebrate the talent and community of St. Mark and give all students a chance to tap into their inner musician! Students prepare for these concerts during their weekly music class, led by Judy Pagryzinski. In addition to these two performances, we also offer an annual Musical Theater production for our students in grades 3 and higher. Last year's production was Lion King Jr.
Liturgical Choir: Members of our student church choir practice weekly after school to prepare and present the liturgical music for our Saint Mark 9:00 a.m. Sunday Mass. This is a beautiful service to the entire Community of Saint Mark
Altar Servers: Students in grades 5-8 may train to become altar servers at daily and Sunday Mass.
