7th Grade Spanish Assignments

In preparation for high school, 7th and 8th grade Spanish students study the text book Realidades A and B by Pearson. This material is used in Spanish 1 in most Catholic high schools and covers language grammar, reading, writing, and communication.

St Mark’s Spanish Program is designed with a progressive methodology. Students go from building their vocabulary foundation and pronunciation in the early years, to working on grammar and verbs and textbook materials. In the final years, the focus is placed on developing accurate communication, reading and writing skills.

Through this approach, we cultivate the interest and motivation of our students and provide the tools to becoming life-long language learners and speakers. Go Lions!
