Finish writing your preliminary claim and 3 reasons your writer's notebook. 

Finish writing body paragraph 3 for your "Three Little Pigs" practice essay. 

 

To be completed in your writer's notebook.

Finish underline evidence for reason c in your "Three Little Pigs" text and copy your chosen evidence onto your outline from today. 

Read through your draft a few more times to ensure you've caught all of your editing mistakes. You can use your CUPS checklist to guide you. 

 

Consider giving your draft to an older sibling or parents as well to get one last round of editing from another set of eyes. 

 

Your narratives are due 11/28/18. We will print during class. 

Finish editing your draft for CUPS on the left-hand side of your checklist. 

 

We will go over formatting tomorrow and a few comma rules. Capitals, usage, basic punctuation, and spelling should all be corrected by the time you come to class tomorrow. 

Drafts must be fully typed in the provided Google Classroom document by Wednesday so we can begin editing in preparation for publishing. 

 

Don't forget: 

- indenting paragraphs

- including punctuation

- including added revisions

You may continue to add details about the internal story if you have more work to be done with that.
