Distance Learning
Welcome to the Online Learning Resource Center!
In the wake of COVID-19, Governor Gavin Newsom and the Archdiocese of Los Angeles have directed all schools in LA County to continue distance learning upon our return to school in Fall of 2020. While we are saddened that our students and community members will not begin the school year physically on campus, we will not lose hindsight of our mission to provide students a safe and supportive Catholic education. While we prepare for a safe return, our amazing staff members are sure to deliver the highest quality of online learning for our students and families. These times are unorthodox but our staff will remain committed to providing our students a high quality education that will foster discovery and development.
Our teachers have ensured that lessons taught will be delivered in a fashion that emulates in person instruction by incorporating peer to peer interaction, independent work, and maintaining privacy. All students are provided with with technological resources (i.e. iPads) on a needed basis and other school supplies necessary for a positive experience while distance learning assumes.
Through the toughest times , our pride community remains strong, perseveres through challenges and ensures that our students obtain a meaningful educational experience. Remote learning may come off as a bit unusual for some or maybe even most, but our teachers and staff members will continue to work vigorously to provide our students and families a memorable and meaningful education experience. Teachers are currently using various platforms to instruct lessons online. All Apps and resources used for distance are strongly recognizable, reliable and easily accessible.
