VIRTUS Training & Fingerprinting

All adults that wish to volunteer on campus or chaperone on field trips MUST be VIRTUS trained AND fingerprinted. Please see below for more information on how to get VIRTUS trained and fingerprinted.
 
VIRTUS Training Instructions
  1. Download the Warning Agreement and VIRTUS session documents to your computer.
    1. Warning Agreement: Please sign to acknowledge that you will ensure that you will not view the session in the presence of any minor under 18 years of age.
    2. VIRTUS Session:
      • Selecting the correct session:
        • All first time participants must take the 3-hour Protecting God’s Children Session.
        • All participants whose certificate has expired by more than 30 days must also retake the Protecting God’ Children Session. (See expiration date on the front of your current certificate
        • If you are re-certifying and current certificate is not more than 30 days past the expiration date, you may take a 1 ½ hour Keeping the Promise Alive Session.
        • If you have been reading the VIRTUS Online Monthly Bulletins for the past four years (48 Bulletins) or more, you may qualify for an Option #3 Recertification. If you think this applies to you please contact [email protected]
  2. Complete your personal information at the bottom.
  3. Once you have completed both pages, please email both of the documents to [email protected]
  4. Once you have completed the training, please send us your VIRTUS training certificate. You can forward your certificate to [email protected].
 
Fingerprinting Instructions
  1. Go to the Archdiocese of Los Angeles Fingerprinting Page.
  2. Scroll down to "Fingerprinting Calendars".
  3. Click on a calendar for the month that you are interested in getting fingerprinted.
  4. Choose the fingerprinting date/location most convenient for you and call the number listed to make an appointment.
